I put this blog together because I wanted to share my passion for this great city, a city like no other. Where else can you party 24/7? Drink “Free” booze while walking the strip? Watch people from all walks of life? Bet on Sports? Gamble as much or as little as you want. Combine this with some of the world’s best restaurants, hotels, and entertainment, well…….do I need to say more?

But wait, isn’t Las Vegas expensive? People ask me this question all the time. Sure it can be very expensive but doesn’t necessarily have to be. With the current economic downturn there has never been a better time to visit Las Vegas. Room rates are at an all time low, many higher end restaurants have lowered prices, and top shows are offering discounts. Even without the downturn deals can be had. It’s always been my thrifty way to get the most for the least cost. I truly enjoy hunting down deals and taking advantage of them, and now sharing them with you through posts.

So whether you’re a Vegas newbie or crafty Vegas veteran you should be able to find something in the various posts on this blog that interests you and hopefully save you some money along the way.
